Terms

Spot is made by Smarter Media LLC. By using Spot, you agree to these terms.

Plans and Billing

• Monthly: $30 per seat, billed every 28 days.
• Yearly: $300 per seat, billed once a year.
• Prices do not include tax.
• Your plan renews on its own until you cancel.
• Stripe takes your payments. We never see your full card number.

Cancelling

• Cancel any time in Spot: Settings, then Plans and billing, then Manage billing.
• You keep Spot until the end of the time you paid for.

Refunds

• If you don't love Spot in your first 28 days, we'll refund every penny. No questions asked. Email ryan@smartermediaco.com.

If a Payment Fails

• Spot keeps working for 7 days while we try your card again.
• After 7 days, your plan ends. You can start a new one any time.

Teams

• The team owner pays for each seat and picks who gets one.
• If the owner removes you, Spot stops for you within 3 days. You can get your own plan to keep it.

Your Part

• Follow the laws where you and the other person are. Some places require you to tell the other person that a tool is listening. That is up to you.
• Use Spot for your own calls. Do not try to break it, copy it or resell it.
• Paid plans include AI help, up to a fair monthly limit per seat. If you reach it, AI help pauses until your next billing date. Spot keeps working.
• If you use your own AI key or AI app, their own terms apply to them.

Our Part

• We work to keep Spot running, but we cannot promise it never fails.
• Spot gives suggestions. What you say on a call is your choice.
• We may change Spot, its prices or these terms. We will tell you before a price change reaches you.
